I went ahead and followed your advice of deleting the profile folder but i didnt use the /i or /b command line switches as i did it primarily through the gui. More than likely you are using mods that either directly conflict or have not been update for the new update/dlc.

Assuming You're Running Mods Anything Odd I've Had Usually Relates To A Pgi Update And Any Mods I Still Have Enabled Try Turning Them All Off And See If The Issue Remains.
